How to setup the
Voice Widget

This guide shows you how to setup the webagent on your website. If this seems complicated you can easily do it for you, and set it on your website for free. Or maybe one of our youtube videos might help.

Step 1) Make a new agent under Manage Voice Agents

-Fill in the name of the chatagent
-Fill in the first sentence the agent has to say, it is advisable to make it end with a question to make it more conversational
-In the prompt you usually want to a follow up question to keep the conversation going
-Then you add all the information of the business you want the AI to reference(in the future it can also be done with a knowledge base)
- It is good to put the name of the AI also in the prompt and the unique way you want the AI to speak.
- For 7 Anima we added:

Step 2) Test using Voice Call

- You can only call UK and Dutch phonenumbers, you can use the voice widget in other countries though, but you have to skip the testing step
-Make sure that under phonenumber you don't add a plus, and have the country code, and Called has to be exactly:'No', it will turn to 'Yes' once you called

Step 3) Place it on your website

- Many website builders have a special tab to add code before the </body> tag, </body> means the end of the code of the normal website, the normal website would be loaded first before anything happens.
-The screenshot shows how it looks like using the website builder webflow.
